(Phosphorus-Free Eco-Friendly) Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor AK-900

I. Performance and Applications

▲  Phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor AK-900 contains no phosphorus, which significantly reduces sewage treatment costs in areas with strict phosphorus discharge requirements in wastewater;

▲  As it is phosphorus-free, it reduces microbial reproduction in circulating water systems and decreases the dosage of bactericides, algaecides, and slime strippers.

III. Usage Method

▲  At a concentration of 30 mg/l, phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor AK-900 provides excellent corrosion inhibition for water systems such as the Yangtze River with total hardness of 100 mg/l and total alkalinity of 100 mg/l, with a carbon steel corrosion rate of less than 0.075 mm/a;

▲  At a concentration of 30 mg/l, it offers good corrosion inhibition for water systems with total hardness of 300 mg/l, total alkalinity of 200 mg/l, and chloride ions greater than 300 mg/l, with a carbon steel corrosion rate of less than 0.075 mm/a;

▲  At a concentration of 60 mg/l, it provides effective corrosion inhibition for ultra-low hardness water conditions such as the Minjiang River system with total hardness of 50 mg/l and total alkalinity of 50 mg/l;

▲  Phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor AK-900 can be compounded with other agents, significantly reducing the required concentration;

▲  When used alone, the recommended concentration is 40-60 mg/l.

IV. Packaging and Storage

※  Phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor AK-900 is packaged in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum or as per customer requirements;

※  Store in a cool place with a shelf life of twelve months.

V. Safety and Protection

Phosphorus-free corrosion and scale inhibitor AK-900 is acidic. Wear goggles and gloves during operation to avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
